We are your local digital textile print house focused on custom fabric printing for artists and designers, and we're looking for a creative individual to join our mighty team. We love fabrics, colour, patterns, and of course, prints! We value creativity, quality, sustainability, and pride ourselves on being the team that always goes the extra step for our clients.

You also need to be skilled and experienced! Role requirements are:
βοΈ Graphic design or textile design experience is a bonus!
βοΈ Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
βοΈ Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
βοΈ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
βοΈ Computer literacy β Word, Excel, Outlook.
With your great skills and knowledge, you will be responsible for:
π Artwork and file set up in preparation for printing.
π Textile design and colour matching to clients' specifications.
π Account management and sales, focusing on creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients, and providing personalised support.
π Answering phone calls and providing detailed customer support via phone and email.
π Processing sales orders and enquiries in a timely manner, providing quotations and service information to clients.
π Recording and maintaining customer records in CRM.
π Liaising with suppliers.
π Stepping in wherever necessary to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
