Parts Interpreter

About the role

We are excited to offer a permanent full-time position to a dedicated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter. This position involves selling truck parts to our internal Pre-Delivery truck department and requires exceptional communication and organisational skills to meet the demands of our Pre-Delivery Department. Our parts interpreters represent our spare parts business; as such you will have a good work ethic and a desire to deliver outstanding 10/10 customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to our Pre-Delivery Truck department
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our Pre-Delivery Truck department.
• Handling parts sales and enquiries
• Processing of all orders efficiently and accurately with a right first-time mentality
• Preparing detailed and accurate quotations for parts supply
• Promoting and upselling of all products
• Working Saturday mornings on a rotating roster (approx. every 3rd week at overtime rates)
  
  

You will need to have

• Previous experience in automotive spare parts interpreting / administration
• Familiarity with parts inventory systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High level of computer literacy and ability
• A good mechanical aptitude with precision attention to detail
• Friendly and positive attitude
