Metal Roofing - Labourer

We have recently secured some commercial re-roofing projects in Redcliffe and are currently seeking a fit and reliable labourer to join our team on a casual basis. There is an opportunity for on going work and potential for a permanent position for the right person.

You will be working alongside the company Director who is hands on in the daily supervision of all projects and has over 30 years experience in the roofing industry.

Your duties will include:

• assisting with material deliveries and hoisting;
• assist with all aspects of metal roof and rainwater goods installation (including removal of existing metal roofs);
• general site cleanliness and rubbish removal;
• any other reasonable duty as directed

Must have:

• Clean and valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
• White Card or willing to obtain prior to employment
• Working at Heights ticket or willing to obtain prior to employment 
• Steel Cap Boots

Advantageous:

• Able to demonstrate a high level of construction or roofing experience,
• EWP and/or High Risk Works Licence
• experienced in the use of power tools
