 We’re Hiring! Full-Time Beauty Therapist – Alphington, VIC 

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team full-time! You will provide a range of treatments, prescribe skincare solutions, and maintain KPIs to help our clients achieve the best results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Facial treatments & skin care services

• Prescribing and recommending skincare solutions

• Massages & body contouring

• Waxing & laser hair removal

• Lash & brow treatments

• Head spa services

• Providing exceptional customer care

• Meeting and maintaining KPIs to drive results and business growth

 

What We Are Looking For:

Certificate III or Diploma in Beauty Therapy

Minimum 1 year of in-salon experience

Availability to work Saturdays

Ability to prescribe skincare and recommend homecare solutions

Strong interpersonal & customer service skills

Passion for empowering individuals through beauty & self-care

Goal-driven with the ability to maintain performance KPIs
