About the role

Burwood Accident Repair is looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Burwood, VIC 3125. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced automotive repair environment.

What you'll be doing

• Undertaking all aspects of panel beating and vehicle body repairs to a high quality standard
• Assessing vehicle damage and preparing detailed repair plans
• Utilising various tools and equipment to straighten, reshape and repair vehicle body panels
• Performing metal finishing and preparation work prior to painting
• Working closely with the paint team to ensure a seamless repair process
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Adhering to all health, safety and quality control procedures

What we're looking for

• Several years of experience as a qualified Panel Beater, preferably within the automotive repair industry
• Strong technical skills in panel beating, metal finishing and vehicle body repairs
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work within a team
