About the role

We are seeking an experienced Stainless TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team at Geordi Stainless' in Cheltenham, VIC. This is a full-time role that will see you working with a talented team to deliver high-quality stainless steel fabrication and welding services.

What you'll be doing

• Performing precision TIG welding on stainless steel components and structures
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to fabricate complex stainless steel parts and assemblies
• Operating various metalworking equipment such as grinders, polishers, and power tools
• Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards
• Collaborating with the wider production team to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Stainless TIG Welder/Fabricator, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role
• Strong technical skills in TIG welding, metal fabrication, and reading engineering drawings
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality work
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
