The team are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Account Manager to join our highly successful and dedicated team in the Mechanical Services industry with offices based in North-West Sydney.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a major account, overseeing maintenance, repair, installation, and warranty activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

ABOUT YOU

• Extensive knowledge in HVAC.
• Mechanical and or electrical trade certificate.
• Capable of leading and managing high-level key accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and tailor processes for maintenance, repair, and warranty compliance.
• Experience in acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
• Demonstrable and successful supervision/management experience/capability in a similar business to achieve optimal results.
• Identify opportunities for additional work and contributing to business development.
• Maintain a high standard of compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
