Your day will include:

• Supporting the phone sales team with administrative requirements.
• Data entry using our custom web-based system.
• Engaging with MotorOne customers via phone and email, providing timely and friendly service.
• Setting up and maintaining customer records.
• Collaborating with accounts, management, marketing, consultants, and operations teams.
• Assisting with process improvements.
• General administrative duties, including reception relief as needed.
