About the Role:
As an Air Conditioning Tradesman, you will be responsible for:

• Installing various types of air conditioning systems, including split systems, split ducted systems, floor consoles, ceiling cassettes and VRV / VRF systems.
• Performing warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Servicing and maintaining a range of air conditioning systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing air conditioning units efficiently.
• Completing maintenance, installation, and repair work for schools and other commercial sites.
• Handling insurance-related work, including detailed reporting and repairs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Non-smoker.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Possession of basic trade tools (e.g., power tools, hand tools, multimeters, gauges, etc.).
• Full and clean driving record.
• Full Air Conditioning and Refrigeration License / ARCtick License.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and good customer service skills.
• Able to pass a Working with Children & Police Check.
