About the role

Edge Glass and Aluminium Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Aluminium Window Installer/Fitter to join our team. In this full-time, Melbourne based role, you will be responsible for installing and fitting high-quality commercial aluminium windows and glazing systems.

To be a successful candidate for this role it is required that you perform the following duties:

Accurately measure, cut, and install commercial aluminium windows and associated fittings
Safely and efficiently transport and handle window frames and glazing materials
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting safety and quality requirements
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects
Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all installation activities

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial aluminium window installer/fitter
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
