Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prime surfaces for painting, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Apply paint, varnish and other decorative finishes with precision.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and deliver on their design visions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Trade Qualified Painter & Decorator.
• Reliable, positive, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
• Passionate about the painting and decorating industry and committed to a long-term career.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and be open to learning and growth.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
