JRS Group is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join their team full-time. As a valued addition, you'll be rewarded with an hourly rate starting at $46 per hour + penalties. This rate will increase with years of service. Our fast-paced and dynamic environment is ideal for someone eager to contribute to groundbreaking projects in defense, mining, aerospace, and beyond.

You'll have the flexibility to choose your schedule, working between 38 - 50 hours per week, with options for a 4 or 5-day workweek. With penalty overtime rates, you can boost your earnings!

Whether you prefer consistency or variety, we have the work to suit with heavy plate projects, site work, or our bread-and-butter ongoing GTAW & GMAW work to keep your appetite firing. In this dynamic role, you'll utilise your expertise to fabricate and assemble welded components and metal structures.
