Lash league is seeking a highly motivated Casual , Part Time Or Full time Lash Artist.  

NEW LUXE SALON LOCATION ** 

A High-quality lash service and customer satisfaction is what our salon prides itself on. We are looking for a minimum of 2 days a week with room to grow to full time  depending on your skill level. We do accommodate a flexible working schedule. Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience. 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to… 

• Effectively running the daily operations of salon  
• Servicing your own client list with lash appointments or brow appointments 
• Managing your client appointments through the digital booking system 
• Stock and inventory management 
• Opening and closure of the salon 
• Money and till reconciliation at end of day 
• General salon housekeeping 
• Social media and marketing 

 

Who you are… 

• A qualified Eyelash Extension artist or Brow stylist with the key ability to create handmade Russian volume fans preferred but premade only also welcome.
• Minimum 12 months experience in the industry 
• A passionate and driven individual with friendly vibe 
• Exceptional customer service skills and an ability to build rapport quickly with clients 
• Seeking progression and development both as a Lash Artist and Manager 
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to problem solve under pressure 
• The ability to assess the needs of the business and make decisions that will be in the business best interests
