Task & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Duties

✅ Inspect, Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults in vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
✅ Dismantling and salvaging high-quality used parts from vehicles for resale.
✅ Conducting inspections and assessments on vehicles to determine the condition of parts and components. Conduct engine and transmission rebuilds or replacements for salvageable vehicles.

✅ Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrication, engine tune-ups, brake pad replacements, wheel alignments, and filter changes to enhance vehicle functionality and compliant with pollution regulations.
✅ Testing parts such as alternators, starters, and batteries to ensure functionality.

✅ Assembling, installing, and replacing automotive parts as per customer requirements.
✅ Performing general mechanical maintenance and repairs on vehicles.

✅ Using diagnostic equipment and tools to assess vehicle conditions and troubleshoot issues.
✅ Ensuring all dismantled parts meet quality control standards before being stocked or sold.
✅ Adhering to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and environmental guidelines for vehicle disposal.
✅ Assisting in maintaining workshop tools and equipment for safe and efficient operations.
✅ Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and productivity in dismantling and repairs of vehicles.

✅ Inspect, maintain, and repair essential vehicle systems, such as engines, transmissions, and braking systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.

✅Test and troubleshoot mechanical issues in vehicles, using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and fix problems effectively.
