CNC Programmer/Operator Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC programmer/operator for a full-time position in our busy workshop, equipped with 2 new Mazak 5-axis other 8 CNC machines. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines. Familiarity with Mazak controllers, proficiency in CAD/CAM, and the ability to interpret technical drawings are key requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate 5 axis CNC milling machines.

• Utilize Mazak controllers for optimal machine performance.

• Execute tasks efficiently and accurately according to schedules.

• Interpret and comprehend technical drawings.

• Possess relevant trade qualifications.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Work collaboratively within a small team environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in CNC milling machine programming and operation.

• Familiarity with Mazatrol is advantageous.

• Competence in G code language and ability to read engineering drawings.

• Enthusiastic and willing to learn new machines and CAM software.

• Any prior experience with 5-axis machines is a plus but not mandatory.
