Digital Central is one of Australia's leading Large Format and Digital Printer Operators with offices around Australia. 

This role is to work within our Acacia Ridge, Brisbane print hub.
 

This role is full time, and will be based on your availability, ideally candidate will be available to start at 9am each day, and finish at 5pm. Casual or permanent part time options may be considered. 

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a print operator to help primarily with our Digital Press Team and with our Large Format Team. 

You would be responsible for training on our Konica Minolta Digital Press & finishing equipment such as our Duplo, Celloglazer, folding machine & guillotine, as well as training on our Large Format printer and liquid laminator.

We operate two Konica Minolta Presses and 5 Large Format Vinyl/Banner Printers. 

Attention to detail is key, every minor detail matters including colour consistency,  quality of print and finishing processes. 


Working in conjunction with our Large format printing product team producing vinyl prints and large banner prints, you would be cross trained to ensure you can operate both the Konica Minolta press, finishing equipment and our Large format printers, UV coating machines, laminators and finishing equipment.

Working in a fast paced, team oriented environment you must be a team player, willing to get lean and just get the job done.

Ideal Candidates would Possess:
 - Prior experience with Digital Presses, Konica Minolta highly regarded (but not necessary).
 - Prior Experience with Large Format printing, on any brand.
 - Paper print finishing experience on equipment such as guillotines, cello glazing machines, folders, Duplo finishers etc. 
 - Team player with willingness to learn.
 - Attention to detail
 - Ability to operate as part of a team and as a stand alone operator. 
 

Please note that whilst experience in print finishing is NOT required, it is highly regarded, we will train the right applicant in all skills required.
