Job Description:
As a Skin Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional skincare treatments, including facials, skin consultations, and advanced treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, skin needling, Co2 laser, RF microneedling, cosmelan . You will work closely with clients to assess their skin concerns and recommend customized treatments to help them achieve their skincare goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of skincare services, including facials, acne treatments, anti-aging treatments, scar treatments, pigmentation and more.
• Upsell to clients products or services needed to complete their journey.
• Reach Key Performance Indicator 
• Provide expert skin consultations and homecare advice to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques and trends.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace.
• Offer exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest level of service.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy 
• Proven experience in providing facials, skin treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
• Passionate about skincare and wellness.
• Must have minimum 5 years experience working in a spa or clinic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced skincare treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, etc.).
• Ability to perform skincare consultations and recommend products.
