Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Software Support Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing ongoing software support to our existing clients. Your expertise will help dealerships optimise their use of Fusion SD’s software, ensuring they achieve the highest level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Comprehensive training will be provided.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support enquiries and provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our software solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance on the usage of the software products.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software issues.
• Document client interactions and feedback to help improve our support processes.
• Assist in creating and updating user manuals and training materials.
• Manage and monitor client service level agreements, to ensure issues are resolved within the agreed timeframes.

 

The right candidate will have:

• Proven experience in software support or a related technical field.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot software products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions.
• A background in the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
