Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, durable, and visually stunning signage products to our clients. Due to steady growth we’re looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator/Welder to add to our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

About You
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator / Welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating metal components used in the creation of custom signage. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for interpreting design drawings, welding and assembling metal parts, and ensuring the final product meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal parts for signage projects.

• Read and interpret design and technical drawings.

• Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders.

• Comfortable working with aluminium, steel and stainless steel 

• Ensure that all welds are precise and meet safety and quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on welding machines and equipment.

• Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure specifications are met.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.

• Troubleshoot any issues during fabrication and provide solutions.

• Complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator/Welder, preferably in the signage or construction industry.

• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

• Knowledge of metal types, welding processes, and fabrication techniques.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale signage projects.

• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, CWI) is a plus.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment.
