75-80K pro-rata (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity based in Brisbane CBD. This role will report directly to our Group Facilities Manager.

As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating key functions across Eureka's portfolio of villages. Your duties will include managing the compliance schedule, overseeing and maintaining the asset register for our nationwide portfolio, leading the procurement and ordering of essential village stock and appliances, and sourcing reliable tradespeople. You will also support other facilities management activities and projects as required.You will work closely with the Group Facilities Manager, Senior Facilities Coordinator, and the broader Facilities Management team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage competing demands.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, and develop and negotiate solutions to facilities-related issues.

• A focus on continuous improvement, particularly in developing and implementing systems to streamline business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
• The ability to work autonomously and use initiative to resolve problems.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for seeing projects through to completion.
• While some experience in facilities management would be beneficial, it is not essential.
