The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, preferably in a dealership setting, and be capable of handling complex vehicle repairs and diagnostics independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical parts and faults in engines, transmission systems, brakes, and other vehicle components.
• Performing routine maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, and engine overhauls.
• Using diagnostic tools and advanced technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
• Conducting safety inspections, ensuring compliance with Australian automotive standards.
• Repairing and replacing faulty parts such as gearboxes, electrical systems, and suspension components.
• Working independently on all types of jobs, ensuring high-quality and timely service.
• Maintaining workshop equipment and keeping detailed records of repairs and services.
• Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service and vehicle care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic.
• Dealership experience preferred – ability to work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to handle complex repairs independently.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Australian safety and compliance standards.
