We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes: • High level of mechanical and technical experience and understanding relating to fleet management.• Demonstrated experience in the application of Code of Practice (Light Vehicle), Transport Operations (Road Use Management), vehicle air-conditioning systems, electrics and contemporary diesel engines.• Demonstrated experience with and capability in the utilisation of computer-based fleet and workshop management systems.• Demonstrated well-developed communication, negotiation and consultation skills and the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.• Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills including the proven ability to interpret fleet and equipment performance data to drive performance improvement.• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
