The Role:
Join us at Spreyton Track where you'll:
Assist with track maintenance of our synthetic racetrack
Carry out general groundskeeping and horticultural tasks across the facility
Prepare and maintain the greyhound training track, including sand and irrigation
Operate and maintain a variety of equipment such as HP tractors, implements, light trucks, mowers, brush cutters, and handheld power tools
Support the cleaning and upkeep of race day stalls following morning trackwork
About You:
We want more than just skills – attitude matters. If you're an outdoor enthusiast with a fantastic attitude and:
Know your way around turf gear like tractors and mowers
Have a proven track record of maintaining grounds
Thrive in a team
Champion workplace safety
Embrace flexibility and initiative
Have availability to do overtime for race preparation and meetings including a Saturday roster for trackwork
Hold a driver's license
Desirable: Having a truck license is a plus, but not a must.
