The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Gutter Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a physical, outdoor role suited for someone with grit, great customer service skills, and a drive to be part of a team that values consistency and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vacuum gutter cleaning on residential and commercial properties

• Use ladders, harnesses, and roof access equipment safely and efficiently

• Inspect roofs, valleys, and downpipes and document findings

• Take before-and-after photos and upload site notes in ServiceM8

• Identify and report roof or gutter issues requiring further repairs

• Dispose of gutter waste responsibly at the company depot

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tools, vehicles, and equipment

• Communicate politely and clearly with clients on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs

• White Card & Working at Heights ticket (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid driver’s license

• Physically fit and reliable

• Attention to detail and ability to work without supervision

• Great attitude, punctuality, and commitment to safety

• Experience in roofing or labouring is a bonus but not essential
