Baker      Duties and responsibilities:    The position will include the daily manufacture of bread and natural fermentation sourdough.  The position will also include working production amounts, mixing of doughs, scaling and molding of dough, oven loading and stripping and temperature and cooking times.  The position will also call for the daily upkeep of all workspaces and associated equipment and tools.
