Task & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities 

Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on agricultural machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Diagnostics: Utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues with engines and other mechanical systems, troubleshooting problems related to diesel engines.

Hydraulic Systems: Knowledge and service of hydraulic systems, including repairs and maintenance of various hydraulic components.

Installations: Install and calibrate equipment, including powertrains and hydraulic systems, ensuring proper functionality.

Auto Electrical Work: Perform auto electrical repairs and maintenance, including wiring and troubleshooting electrical systems on agricultural machinery.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of services performed, repairs needed, and parts used in compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Compliance: Ensure that all work adheres to safety standards and regulations within the agricultural industry.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to support overall farm operations and machinery usage.

Equipment Management: Assist in managing inventory of parts and supplies, ordering necessary components for repair work.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to internal customers, ensuring that machinery downtime is minimized and that operational needs are met promptly.
