Our close-knit team specialise in creating the lushest commercial indoor plant installations including living plantings, premium artificial greenery, plants, floral arrangements, green walls and vertical gardens for commercial projects, hospitality venues and corporate facilities.

 

The Role

Parker Road are on the search for a green thumb to join our team of indoor plant technicians. Carrying out installation & maintenance of indoor plants for our corporate clients, the successful individual will have a customer-focused, positive attitude and the ability to work both as a team and autonomously.

This role can be fulfilled on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the applicant's skill set and the salary will be set accordingly. The successful applicant will be required to be flexible with their hours to suit customer requirements and occasional after-hours installations.

Your Responsibilities

• Plant care and maintenance including watering and pruning, along with monitoring and treating for pests, diseases, or signs of stress
• Delivery and install of new/replacement plants, planters, or displays as required
• Client communication and reporting in our CRM system
• Health and safety compliance including following workplace health and safety guidelines during maintenance and installations

 

Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Time management skills to handle multiple sites or tasks efficiently
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move plants and equipment
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
• Proven experience with indoor plant installation, maintenance and styling (desirable)
• A valid driver’s license and police check
• Basic computer skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly
