The First 3 Months: Your Launchpad to Success

  • Comprehensive Training: We provide intensive and distinctive training to equip you to work with a diverse range of clients, spanning FMCG, Automotive, Finance, Telecommunications, and more.

  • Kantar's Unique Approach: Our structured training program exposes you to Kantar's distinctive tools and philosophies, unravelling the secrets of what drives brand success.

  • Culture Immersion: Immerse yourself in our culture, methodologies, organisation structures, and procedures, gaining insights into what makes Kantar exceptional.

  • Client-Centric Exposure: Understand your clients through account inductions, work on large scale insights programs, mastering the foundational research skills, together with PowerPoint charting training.

  • Analytical Excellence: Develop your analytical research skills using relevant programs like SPSS & Q.

  • Tailored Learning: Build knowledge tailored to your role through comprehensive, customized learning and development sessions, equipping you with the skills to excel at Kantar and fuel your career growth.

 

What you will learn at Kantar:

  • Client Engagement & Consultancy: Collaborate with your account team to grasp your clients' needs and deliver impactful and insightful research.

  • Analysis and Research: Under the guidance of senior colleagues, craft research solutions that meet clients' needs and translate these insights into powerful brand communication strategies.

  • Project Management: Ensure the accurate and timely production of deliverables, including presentations and reports.

 

Qualifications

  • Educated to a Bachelors degree level or expecting to complete your studies prior to end April 2025

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Great public speaking and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects whilst working in a fast-paced environment

  • MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience

  • Experience using SPSS/Q is ideal but not essential

  • A passionate, creative, and optimistic attitude
