Key Responsibilities:

Machine Works: Efficiently and safely operate machinery including CNC, Panel Saw, Edge Bander etc. to complete projects to perfection.

Plan Review: Ability to read and interpret plans and work with the team to commence and complete the project.

Installation Works: Effectively install projects across Sydney, primarily in residential homes, to a high standard with precision and quality.
Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure that all projects are completed to a high standard and on time.

Independent Work: Ability to work independently and without supervision. The right candidate has a strong work ethic, is reliable and has ‘can do’ attitude to ensure the job is done right. 
 

Qualifications and Skills:

Joinery/Cabinet Making & Install Experience: Recent experience in joinery and install works is essential.
Working Independently: Willing to take responsibility and work independently to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Efficiency and Organisation: Maintain high levels of efficiency and organisation, setting an example for others.
Industry Knowledge: Possess essential knowledge of the joinery industry, experience with CNC is preferred.

Communication Skills: Must be well spoken and able to communicate clearly and appropriately to different stakeholders including clients and suppliers.

Essential Requirements:

- Qualified Tradesmen in Joinery/Cabinet Making

- Drivers Licence, manual preferred

- Australian resident and eligible to work in Australia

- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
