Best Mate Landscapes is looking for a qualified and experienced Landscape Construction Tradesperson to join our team. We build high-end residential landscapes across Sydney, focusing on quality, durability, and getting the job done right.

About the Role:

You’ll be working on a mix of hard and soft landscaping projects, from paving, stonework, and concreting to retaining walls, timberwork, and planting. We need someone who knows their way around a job site, can read and work from plans, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hard & Soft Landscaping – Paving, retaining walls, concreting, timberwork, planting
• Reading & Interpreting Plans – Working with designers and project managers
• Machinery & Tool Operation – Safely using equipment to complete quality builds
• Site Preparation & Finishing – Ensuring work is done properly and left clean
• Team Collaboration – Working with a solid crew to get the job done efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Cert III Landscape Construction or related Building qualification
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscape construction
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Experience in paving, concreting, stonework, planting and timberwork. 
• Ability to problem-solve on site and work efficiently
• White Card & driver’s licence (own transport preferred)
