Barbagallo are seeking a Finance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing financial workflows, and coordinating brand campaigns. This position combines strategic brand management, finance, and event coordination within the department.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, solid financial acumen and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the marketing department budgets , including financial planning and reporting
• Manage the financial workflow from budget reconciliations each month to monitoring budgets for various events and initiatives
• Liaise with various suppliers and in-house accounts team to manage event invoices and process payments
• Carry out administrative tasks to support cooperative marketing campaigns, ensuring close collaboration with Sales, Service, Finance, and global manufacturers
• Work closely with the team to develop, execute, and monitor all brand campaigns on ground and in-house. 
• Plan and execute brand events and static displays
• Evaluate marketing activities in line with sales targets and key manufacturer KPIs
• Manage a portfolio of brands by planning and executing marketing strategies to grow market segments, maintain customer engagement and enhance brand loyalty
• Develop and execute digital strategies, including e-communications, database initiatives, website content, and design

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• A degree in Marketing and/or Finance
• Experience managing budgets, invoicing and reconciliation
•  Demonstrated project management skills with strong attention to detail 
•  Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills
• Experience working with luxury brands (preferred) 
• Experience in both strategic and operational marketing roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media management, with a strong understanding of Google Analytics
• A proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
• A solid understanding of media channels, including print, digital, and broadcast
• Experience in event management, including coordination, execution, and post-event follow-up
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential
• A valid Australian driver's licence
• Availability to attend events outside of business hours, including weekends
• Flexibility to travel required
