We are looking for a highly motivated Motorcycle Sales Specialist to join our successful Motorcycle Sales team at City Coast Motorcycles Wollongong. Use your passion and energy to promote and sell the right motorcycle to our highly valued customers. 

About the role:

Be part of a dynamic, energetic, and passionate team delivering motorcyclists an amazing customer experience. You will be part of our motorcycle sales team, guiding customers with your passion and experience to set them up with the right motorcycle to ensure they get the most out of their motorcycling experience.  You will be part of our sales team leading the successful day-to-day operations of our motorcycle store! 

Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role you will;  

• Assist all customers, being the first point of contact, understanding their needs, and helping them if you can or introducing them to the right person to help.
• Ensure all motorcycles new and used are professionally presented for sale including ensuring the showroom is immaculately clean, tidy and thoughtfully laid out. 
• Be organised, disciplined, well-presented and enjoy talking to people.
• Have outstanding phone etiquette. 
• Able to perform all administrative tasks with a high level of computer literacy, accuracy and be driven to learn. 
• Correctly price stock and merchandise.
• Proactively manage all motorcycle sales leads in a timely and professional manner. 
• Process cash and credit transactions 
• Manage online new and used motorcycle sales presence.
• Participate as an active member of the wider team and be able to effectively communicate with all team members and technical staff.
• Provide high quality customer service and build strong customer relationships.   
• Undertake closing procedures.   
• Saturday morning work required

Skills and experience: 

You are an energetic, active, and passionate motorcyclist!

• Must have a current motorcycle licence.
• Have interest and experience in a wide range of motorcycling activities but be knowledgeable about City Coast range of motorcycles.
• Previous experience in Motorcycle Sales is desirable but not essential, as we can teach you! 
• Previous experience in online sales, retail sales, merchandising and administration, would be an advantage.
• Average to excellent computer literacy is required.
• Enthusiasm and an ability to learn
• Proven experience in customer service would be highly regarded.
