About the role

Join the team at Precision Painting and Decorating as a full-time Painter based in Bowral, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our residential and commercial clients across the region. What you'll be doing

• Prepare surfaces for painting

• Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces

• Mix paint colours to match customer specifications

• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools

• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations

• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered successfully

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Painter in the residential or commercial construction industry

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Adaptability to work on a variety of projects and surfaces

• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
