We are currently seeking an experienced pipe welder to join our skilled team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Boilermaker trade qualification
• Confined space ticket
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) license
• OH&S white card
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel pipes
• Current ABN
• Ability to pass a Weld Test and ongoing NDT testing
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Screening (DAS)
• Valid driver’s license
• General pipe fabrication experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work on projects, shutdowns, breakdowns, construction, and maintenance work

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Welding and fabrication of carbon steel and stainless steel pipes
• Installation and assembly of pipework on-site
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications
• Performing pipe welding using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Ensuring high-quality welds through visual inspections and testing
• Operating welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools
• Assisting with general metal fabrication tasks
• Cutting, fitting, and preparing pipe sections for welding
• Conducting repairs and modifications on existing pipe systems
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Working in both workshop and on-site environments (Hawkesbury location)
