Retz Plumbing PTY LTD are established and fast-growing contractors delivering quality hydraulic projects across Brisbane and SEQ. With a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to lead site teams, drive performance, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

You’ll lead teams delivering hydraulic services on commercial and residential projects including sewer, water, stormwater, and fire. You’ll liaise with builders, consultants, and inspectors to ensure top-quality installations and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications

• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Read and interpret technical drawings and scope documentation

• Maintain accurate site records including timesheets, WHS documentation, and progress reports

• Oversee site setup, inspections, and daily operations

• Proactively identify and resolve site-based issues

• Manage end-to-end hydraulic installations including QA and defects

• Supervise ordering, deliveries, and onsite material control

• Liaise with certifiers and plumbing inspectors for sign-offs

Mandatory Requirements

• Construction White Card (all applicants)

• Valid QLD Plumbing License (plumbing supervisors only)

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

• Current driver’s license

• Competency with site reporting tools and WHS practices

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience on large infrastructure, commercial, or residential sites

• Knowledge of QLD building codes and compliance standards
