Key Responsibilities:

Hydraulic Services Management:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of hydraulic services within plumbing projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize hydraulic system designs.

Staff Management and Liaison:

• Lead and motivate a team of skilled plumbing professionals.
• Foster a positive working environment and facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Q&A Reporting:

• Implement and maintain a robust quality assurance and quality control program.
• Regularly conduct inspections and audits to ensure project compliance with quality standards.
• Generate comprehensive Q&A reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Cost Reporting:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor expenses, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide accurate and timely cost reporting to project stakeholders.

Design Coordination:

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems into overall project designs.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve design-related issues.
• Oversee the implementation of design changes and updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Project Manager with a focus on hydraulic services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
