We are seeking a Food Technologist to oversee product development, quality control, and process optimization. You will collaborate with production teams to ensure our beverages and stocks meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations.

Task & responsibilities

• Develop and improve recipes for juices, stocks, and other beverages.
• Conduct quality control tests (sensory, microbiological, chemical).
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FSANZ).
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams on raw material selection.
• Troubleshoot product issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of formulations, tests, and compliance.
• Packing testing and validation.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing (preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, FSANZ).
• Strong analytical skills (lab testing, shelf-life studies).
• Experience with thermal processing (for stocks) or pasteurization (for juices) is a plus.
• Experience in UHT processing for Milk and Stocks.
