About the role

Join the dynamic team at WASCA as a Warehouse Allrounder / Dispatch Assistant. This full-time role, currently based in Malaga, Western Australia will soon be shifting to Neerabup, upon the completion of our new Warehouse in mid 2025.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our busy warehouse and dispatch functions.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, unpacking and storing incoming goods and materials
Preparing orders for dispatch, including picking, packing and labelling
Operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment to move stock as needed
Assisting with inventory management and stock takes
Providing high-quality customer service to internal and external clients
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
Forklift license (or willingness to obtain) and experience operating warehouse equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, adaptable and able to work as part of a team
Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
