Task & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical and electrical problems in petrol and diesel vehicle engines and other critical components.
• Disassemble engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems to examine and repair or replace defective parts, as required.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, and engine tune-ups to keep vehicles in top condition and in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Accurately reassemble engines and mechanical parts post-repair, ensuring all components are fitted correctly and functioning as intended, referring to service manuals and technical documentation.
• Conduct tests on repaired components and systems to verify that all repairs meet quality standards and that the vehicle performs optimally.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and scan tools and software to diagnose engine errors using engine codes and assess the condition of vehicle parts and systems.
