About the role

Roof Right Adelaide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roof Plumber Leading Hand to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Roof Plumber Leading Hand, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems for residential and commercial properties. What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating a team of roof plumbers to ensure efficient and high-quality work

• Inspecting and assessing roofing systems to identify any issues or required repairs

• Overseeing the installation of new metal roofing systems

• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of existing roofing systems

• Ensuring adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

• Providing technical guidance and support to the team of roof plumbers

• Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience as a Roof Plumber, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team

• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
