Are you an aspiring or exceptional Sales Representative or Estimator who is motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and looking to play a key role in the growth of a successful specialist cleaning services business?  Do you pride yourself on your ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines and targets in order to help realise company growth plans?  If so, read on!    We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for an Estimator / Sales Representative position in Hawthorn, Melbourne.    To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability and aptitude in the following key criteria:   Extract and interpret key data and information quickly and accurately from images, online maps satellite imagery, plans, specifications, work orders and contract documentation Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Proactively communicate with suppliers in order to request/obtain pricing Deadline driven with a ‘do whatever it takes’ mentality and approach Capable and willing to hold yourself accountable to key performance indicators (KPIs) Highly analytical aptitude Highly commercial and numerate, with the ability to identify appropriate value added or value engineering opportunities Developing new customers in line with business strategies Strengthen existing customer base to ensure maximum purchasing and longevity of relationship Extensive customer follow-up in order to turn quotations into orders Provide feedback from and about the market regarding trends, opportunities and activities Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with other staff, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors Experience in an estimation, sales and/or facilities service industry or related role is desirable Highly competent in using Microsoft Office 365 in particular with Outlook, Excel and MS Word   This position will report to the General Manager and Senior Estimator and is required to support and manage the estimation department for all leads, clients, RFQ, contracts and projects and be directly responsible for: Receive, schedule and manage all quotation / tender requests Ensure quotations/estimates/tenders meet company target margins Submitting quotations/estimates/tenders within agreed timescales Follow up all quotations/estimates/tenders submissions Liaise with the Operations Department for handover when a job/contract/project is secured Being a key member in the growth and development of a growing player in the industry   About us Bax Clean is a well-established (2007) premium specialist cleaning company.
