The Role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

We are expanding our team in the Spa and seeking qualified and experienced Spa Therapists who will provide quality treatments including facials, massage and body treatments in a luxurious and tranquil environment.

The successful therapists will be fully trained in spa rituals by Vanessa Megan, Sodashi and Alba’s signature brand.

The spa operates 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.

Part-time and casual positions available.

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

About You

• You have recent experience as a beauty/massage therapist
• You are experienced and confident in spa treatments such as facials, massage and body treatments
• You have previous experience in a 5 star Spa Property (highly regarded)
• You have a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia

Alba offers contemporary geo-thermal bathing in over 30 pools. Luxurious full-day self-care packages, half day rituals and treatments are available in the spa. Alba’s restaurant Thyme showcases local sourced produce in a menu created by award-winning chef Karen Martini.
