The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Detailer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and detailed structural steel shop drawings, focusing primarily on residential projects. You'll work closely with our design, fabrication, and site teams to ensure seamless execution from plan to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and review detailed structural steel drawings for residential frame and truss projects

• Interpret architectural and engineering plans accurately

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and production staff to ensure constructability and compliance

• Ensure all detailing adheres to industry standards, codes, and project specifications

• Contribute to continuous improvement of detailing processes and systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Structural Steel Detailer (residential experience preferred)

• Proficiency in detailing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar)

• Strong knowledge of structural steel components and fabrication techniques

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strongly Prefer - Office Based person but open to a Hybrid arrangement
