We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Sheet Metal Fabricator / mig welder to join our dynamic team.

Job security is very high as we have a large number of long term contracts on our books. 

The industry is dynamic and quite diverse which makes our work extremely interesting and ever changing to suit the customers requirements  

 

Job Description:

Your position will include sheet metal fabrication, assembling, mig welding and fitting sheet metal components to EWP's (elevating working platforms). You will work with other team members to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and delivered on time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret basic drawings.

- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal lockers and accessories including Aluminum tray decks.

- Operate guillotine and press brake is an advantage but not critical

- Mig welding steel and aluminum 

- Tig welding would be an advantage

- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker or similar role.

- welder mig light gauge steel and aluminum 

- Proficiency with hand tools and machinery used in sheet metal fabrication.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or apprenticeship in sheet metal work or a related field.
