Job Title: Security Site Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time (43 hours/week, Monday - Friday)

We pride ourselves on our professional and dynamic work environment and are looking for an experienced and motivated Security Site Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:
As the Security Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our security operations at a key site on the Upper North Shore. You will oversee a team of security officers, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Your role will involve planning, organising, and controlling all security activities, as well as managing staff to maintain our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of security officers, providing supervision, training, and support.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, legal obligations, and WHS regulations.
• Maintain and communicate the on-site Security Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and manage various security-related records for internal and external reporting.
• Conduct regular audits of security management activities and staff performance.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure all staff are adequately trained as per contract requirements.
• Oversee staff rostering to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
• Attending Monthly KPI Meetings
• Participate in workplace safety initiatives and report any WHS hazards or incidents.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory role within security or operations.
• Valid NSW Security License and First Aid Certification
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Outstanding conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in security incident and daily report writing.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Must have the right to work in Australia.
