About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled part-time Solar Cleaning Technician to join the team at Solar Shine Australia in Campbelltown, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and thorough cleaning and bird-proofing of solar panels to ensure optimal energy production for our valued clients.

The role will be contracted for a minimum of 20 hours per week (you will likely work more than 20 hours) with opportunities for permanent.

What you'll be doing

Safely access, inspect and clean solar panels using specialised equipment and techniques (robotic cleaners, rotary brush etc)
Identify and report any issues or damage to solar panel systems
Maintain detailed records of all cleaning activities and client communications
Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address any inquiries or concerns on-site
Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Assist with other maintenance tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience working at heights (Working at heights cert and white card required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights SAFELY
Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
A positive attitude
