About the role

Clyde Accident Repair Centre is looking for an experienced Spray Painter to join our team in Clyde North, Victoria. This is a full-time position, working from our modern and well-equipped workshop. As a Spray Painter, you'll play a vital role in restoring damaged vehicles to their former glory, delivering high-quality finishes to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking and priming
• Mixing and applying paint to a high standard, ensuring a smooth, even finish
• Colour matching and blending to achieve seamless results
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to support efficient workflow
• Collaborating with the wider team to meet tight deadlines and maintain exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in automotive spray painting or a related field
• Proven experience as a Spray Painter, ideally within the accident repair industry
• Excellent colour matching and blending skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
